Well it looks like the warmer weather is finally here, Spring has finally sprung.
Through the winter the chore “to do list” has been growing.
Now like any athlete you are no different,the body needs to be prepared for this shock of energy that is going to be put on it,as with athletes they keep their muscles maintained,warm and flexible.
Lower Back Pain
You need to do the same as lower back pain is one of the prime injuries when exerting this new found energy.
The muscles have laid dormant throughout the winter and are stiff,like an old elastic band,they have not flexibility and when stretched you can tear and injure very easily.
