Small: 5.5'' (14cm) x 5'' (13 cm) 232 Grams (Approx) Heat 1-2 minutes
Baby: 5''(13cm) x3''(8cm) 150 Grams (Approx) Heat 30 seconds
Heating time is based on a microwave oven 750/1000 watts (on high heat)
any microwave that is higher wattage you will need to reduce heating time accordingly.
