Wildflowers Aromatherapy and Gifts offers the following Returns Policy:
• If the goods are damaged or an incorrect product was shipped, please contact us and we will arrange for return of incorrect item and ship you the correct item. At no charge to you.
• If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us Here! to arrange a refund or credit.
Goods must be in original packaging and a 25% restocking fee is payable Shipping fees are not refundable.
• No unauthorized returns will be accepted.
• If goods are returned to us because they were never claimed at local post office, on the assumption goods are returned in good condition, we will credit your card the full amount less the cost of having goods returned to us.
Warm Buddy Warranties:
12 month warranty (From date of purchase) on all manufacturing defects.
We will require a detailed explanation plus a photograph to show what damage has occurred.
This does not cover 3rd party damage,such as over heating or general wear and tear.
